• Pet Policy: Pet fees must be paid and pet agreement must be signed PRIOR to bringing a pet into your apartment. No size or weight restrictions. The types of animals allowed may include housebroken dogs, cats and service animals, as well as caged animals. No more than two animals per unit and no animal offspring are allowed at any property. Caged animals must remain in their cages, meet city code and be licensed. Breed restrictions will apply to all communities.
